Welcome to ROCKET SMOG We are a licensed TEST ONLY, STAR Certified Inspection station capable of inspecting all Gasoline, Diesel and Hybrid-Powered vehicles including Trucks, SUV's, Exotic Sports Cars and can easily handle fleet vehicles as well.
Whether you need a TEST ONLY, STAR or standard SMOG CHECK inspection for Renewal, prior Gross Polluter, Change of Ownership, Initial (out of state vehicles) or Biennial registration, we are more than happy to accommodate your needs.
We offer inspections at a great price and we are conveniently located directly across the street from the Culver City DMV on Washington Blvd.

With our three service bays, you will be in and out in no time, most tests take only about 10 to 15 minutes. Since we are a TEST ONLY Station we cannot perform nor sell you repairs or legally refer you to a repair shop or station, so you don't have to worry about being ripped-off due to unnecessary repairs. For your protection, any and all emissions related repairs should be performed by a Licensed Smog Check repair station.
We understand you are busy and we make every possible effort to get you in and out as fast and as comfortably possible so you can get on with your busy life. Here at ROCKET SMOG we test your vehicles in accordance with California law, and perform our duties as efficiently as possible and never forget that your satisfaction is our top priority.
TEST
Once the smog check is completed we will provide you with a Vehicle Inspection Report (VIR) for your records which is also transmitted electronically to the DMV to complete your registration. We are committed to achieving the best customer service and we are happy to answer your questions. Our technicians are knowledgeable and experienced and are ready to assist you with your vehicle's inspection services.
